What is Hypnotherapy.

 

Hypnosis is a verbally induced, non emotional mind state of highly concentrative mental focus and deep physical relaxation, allowing the recipient to access their subconscious mind, then with the help and expertise of the Therapist, change or modify unwanted or undesirable habits, behaviors or belief systems easily and safely by balancing the conscious and subconscious minds.

Hypnosis feels very similar to the dreamy way you feel between the time you wake up until full alert wakefulness, very pleasant really. The depth of the trance I use will be light to medium, and there will never be a time when you could not open your eyes and come wide awake if you wanted to.

Hypnosis is very effective as long as you allow yourself to go into a trance. No one can get stuck in a trance, lost, possessed or any other thing like that.

Hypnosis is not, mind control, spiritual, satanic, emotionally negative or harmful in any way when a therapeutic trance is induced by a competent properly trained and experienced clinician.
